CRM System Business Analyst - Automotive Industry

Context
A leading company in the automotive industry is currently undergoing a digital transformation project, implementing Salesforce. The selected candidate will oversee the transition of the New Business department to Salesforce, ensuring successful implementation and gathering business requirements.

Responsibilities
As a CRM System Business Analyst based in Antwerp region, the chosen candidate will work on enhancing customer relationship management. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, analyzing systems, creating Epics and User Stories, and collaborating with developers to address defects. They will also share Salesforce expertise with other teams and train new users.

Profile

• Experience in Project Management.
• Must have experience with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Integration Layer.
• Proficiency in relevant project management tools.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Available starting May 1st, 2024.
• Structured, communicative, independent, and analytical.
• Availability from July to September 2024 without extended holidays.
